Surfaces:

• Gas

o Ultron – highest surface quality in terms of roughness and purity. Optimum corrosion protection and excellent weldability. Specially developed for the transport of UHP gases in the semiconductor and fine chemistry industries.

Material - 1.4404, 1.4435, UNS 31603 (316L)
Surfaces:
- Inner surface: Electropolished up to Ra ≤ 0,25 µm, on request to Ra ≤ 0,13 µm
- Outer surface: Ra ≤ 1 µm

o Finetron – high quality surface, bright finished and anodically cleaned.

Material - 1.4404, 1.4435, UNS 31603 (316L)
Surfaces:
- Inner surface: bright finishes and anodically cleaned up to Ra ≤ 0,40 µm, or Ra ≤ 0,60 µm
- Outer surface: Ra ≤ 1 µm

o TTC – suitable for the transport of compressed air, medical oxygen, heat exchange applications in solar thermal power plants, etc.

• Liquids:

o Safetron – the premium product premium developed for the production and transport of sensitive media in pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Safetron grades correspond to hygiene classes H4 to HE5 according to DIN 11866/11865/11864. Defined ferrite content of ≤ 0,5% ensures excellent corrosion resistance.
