Company EuroCons Group attended the lecture “Beyond Budgeting“, at the invitation of Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway, in the organization of the Nordic Business Alliance and company Trizma. The lecture was held by Bjarte Bogsnes, creator of the new management system “Beyond Budgeting” and vice-president of Statoil, the biggest oil company in Norway. This management model is made with aim to overcome traditional budget-based management concepts, and in that way increase adaptability of enterprises.
