Diaphragm valves are universal valves that can be applied in all branches of industry. One of the biggest advantages of these valves is that only two components are in contact with the working medium – the diaphragm and the valve body. Depending on the requirements, valves can be offered with manual, pneumatic and motorized drive. They can be used at operating pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures, depending on the valve body material, from -20 to 150oC. They are made in nominal dimensions from DN 4 - 300.

Area of application:

• Metal aseptic diaphragm valves for sterile processes – thanks to diaphragms made of different materials and the quality of surface finish that is maintained below 0.25 µm, they are primarily used in the pharmaceutical, food, biotechnology industry, as well as in the semiconductor industry for handling and distribution of ultra-pure media. The valve body can be made, depending on the requirements, in the form of 2/2-way valves, T-body, Multi-port or tank valves. In addition to different designs, the valve body can be made of steel of different quality (different manufacturing technologies: forging, casting, cutting), or a large number of alloys witch are offered.

Multi-port valve blocks

• Metal industrial diaphragm valves – they are used to control and regulate inert, highly corrosive media and liquids that are contaminated with small particles that can lead to abrasion.

• Plastic diaphragm valves – valve body with different connection designs can be made of a large number of high quality materials (PVC-U, ABS, PVDF, PP-H, PP, PFA) wich are offered. They are used in systems for chemical treatment of water, paint dosing systems, fillers in the battery production, in all branches of industry for the control and distribution of chemically aggressive fluids. Besides classic plastic valves, we can also offer Plastic diaphragh valves for sanitary/hygenic applications that are produced in strict clean room conditions.

• Diaphragm globe valves – ensures hermetic separation of the actuator from the medium flow, which is made possible by the development of an innovative sealing concept. They are used for sterile and hygienic applications. In combination with a servo actuator they can be used in fast and precise filling processes in both the pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries.

Globe valves are ideal for control and regulation purposes in systems of mechanically clean, chemically inert and slightly corrosive liquids, gases or steam. They can be used at operating pressures up to 40 bar and temperatures from -20 to 180 oC, depending on the material of the valve body, which can be made from stainless steel, cast iron, bronze, SG iron, etc. They are made in nominal diameters from DN 6 - 100.

Globe valves can be made as straight seat and angle seat globe valves.

- Variable area flowmeter;

- Turbine flowmeter – the flow velocity is determined by measuring the rotational speed of turbine. Determined value is output to PLC or displayed on flowmeter display.

- Magnetically inductive flowmeter the functional principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction;

- Ultrasonic flowmeter – uses the phase difference method which is directly proportional to the flow velocity;

CONEXO – Valves with RFID (Radio-frequency identification)

CONEXO is RFID system architecture for unique identification of wearing parts, paperless maintenance and process documentation. The CONEXO pen can be used to read out RFID chips (CONEXO tags) fitted to components and relevant data can be called up directly on location.
